EMART ARCHITECTURE, founded in 2005 in Istanbul – Tuzla by architect Emre Demir, offers top-tier architectural and engineering services, from design to execution. Our projects, initially focused on interior and exterior spaces, quickly expanded to include production and a workshop for REHAU plastic joinery.

Since 2006, the company has broadened its portfolio to include aluminum joinery, winter garden systems, and façade cladding. By 2015, in addition to projects across Turkey, we began exporting to 8 countries.

With the growth of exports, a strategic decision was made in 2020 to establish a production center closer to Europe. As a result, the DEMART factory was opened in Belgrade, Serbia. In this modern facility, featuring 1,200 m² of production space and 150 m² of office and showroom area, production of aluminum, glass, and winter garden systems commenced. At the same time, a global partnership with the FORNAX brand enabled distribution across the Balkan region.

Today, EMART ARCHITECTURE / DEMART, with production facilities in Turkey and Serbia, offers a wide range of products under the renowned REHAU and FORNAX brands, providing manufacturing and installation services in over 40 countries worldwide.
